The author of this article “Globalization side effects” gives side effects of globalization which is human right abuses in developing countries. The author says the Globalization causes some negative effects on developing countries’ woman especially Indian women. They need to work both company and house. Because globalization makes huge cooperated economy in all over the world, they work a lot. According to research, “women work two-thirds of the world’s working hours and produce half of the world’s food however they earn only ten percent of the world’s income, and own less than one percent of the world’s property”. Women who lived at developing country force to work hard but their right is still poor. They had a hard life because they are treated very cruel both the factory and home. Noida Export Processing Zone would be good example of women labor in developing country.

In Korea, there is an old saying, which is that a diligent guy lives longer than the rich guy. It means that having healthy daily routine is more important for our health and life than having a luxurious life. Recently, many people are interested in having a better life. So a lot of people try to find solution. However, it is hard. Some people spend their money and time to do expensive and useless plans. However, according to research, we can enjoy more energetic and health life by making good regular habit. Several simple and easy daily habits can change people’s life more healthy and fresh. 


The best way to have an energetic, healthy life is exercising. However, you don’t need to spend too much time exercising. We usually dream about perfect schedule but our daily life is often spoiled by our lazy behavior. For instance, people usually eat dinner in front of their favorite TV show. And after getting through eating the dinner, they just stay at the couch and wait to see another show. This sequence is very easy to imagine and it means that we usually do it every dinner time. By turning off favorite TV show, we can spend our time walking the park with your dog or talking and walking with your spouse. Walking out side makes people feel refresh. Jogging or light exercising also makes people feel better. And it can fix our tangled body tension and bone condition. According to recently research, watching TV show with lying down on the couch caused scoliosis. To quit watching TV too much time and start to find park or street nearby your home probably changes your body and mind. 


The other way to have healthy life can be explained by one word; sleep. Sleeping is very important for our life. Some people don’t like to spend their time sleeping because they think it is waste of time. However, it’s not true. For our well-organized daily life, sleeping well is the most important and necessary element. According to recently research, scientists suggested that 7-8 times sleeping per day makes people energetic and active at the day. Insomnia and stress are main reason of neurological disease included depression and neurasthenia. And irregular sleeping habits can cause lethargy and tired feeling at day life. For example, I used to go bed at 3 am every day at last quarter. I needed to do so much task and it made me gave up sleeping. As a result of that, I had a terrible fever at final exam term. It made me can’t focus on anything. So, sleeping enough time is very important for people. Time can’t be saved by that way which tangled your life cycle.  Sleeping enough gives us more effective life than life without satisfied sleeping.


Also, eating well is one of the main points of well-being life. It’s means that we don’t need to eat expensive, luxurious food. Just eating fresh vegetables and fruits give many benefits for our body. For example, one apple every morning helps prevent cancer. And mushroom and tomato have excellent efficacy about cancer. By eating healthy and fresh food such as salad and fruits, you can owe healthy and active feeling at all the day. Also, recently, people are addicted to be slim. People bought expensive tablet for their energy and didn’t eat anything. However, the doctor said that the best diet plan is eating well. You don’t need to eat expensive supplement tablet or appetite suppressant. You just eat enough vegetables as you want as and eat meat sometimes. Some people may disagree with this opinion but this diet plan is not for short term skinny figure. This kind of healthy diet plan makes our body more active. It means that our organs move more and it cause our body cycle more regularly than before. Eating healthy food equals having healthy life. 


Currently, living well is very popular topic. People want to find better way to organize their life style. Many commercials and specialists advertise very interesting and attractive products which are shown as perfect alternative solution for our healthy life and of course, they are expensive. However, Just depending on these kinds of products can’t make a good life style. Also, being rich is not the only way to live happy life. Think simpler. Just a few exercising per day, deep sleep enough time, and eating healthy food probably make people’s life enrich.
